Refund policy

All products have a 30-day return policy and a Maker's Mark Guarantee.

Returns
To be eligible for a return your item must be in the same condition that you received it along with a copy of your receipt. Please inspect your order as soon as you receive it and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged. We do not do exchanges for different or similar priced shop product. If you wish to exchange your purchase we'll follow a return process and ask you to create a new order once the return is complete.

Maker's Mark Guarantee
We take pride in what we make, but if ill-will falls upon your Peddler product within the first 30 days of receiving it, then we'll work to make it right with a replacement or a refund. Please inspect your order as soon as you receive it and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged. 

Start a Process
To start the process of return or replacement use the Contact page to let us know and we'll reach out to you shortly. If your return is accepted you'll be sent a return shipping label along with return instructions. Failure to follow return instructions will invalidate the return/refund. Returns sent without initiating a return request will also be invalidated.
